	- Yes
	Great! Can you give me your booking reference number?

o	Relieves the stress of the caller, epecially for tech usiyoseros like me 

My four podcast tones

My four podcast tones:

First tone: sounded like a robot! Hahaha! I was recording for the transcriber, not for a podcast audience. This is what I probably sound like now.
Second tone: I’ll try to make things more conversational, more relaxed. I’ll do this by imagining I’m talking to somebody.
Third tone: actually talking to somebody. This should be a refreshing tone because
	Fourth tone: scripted.
